Puppy Purchashing: What you need to know
We plan our litters very carefully and always with our dogs/puppies health in mind. With that said, we strive to find the perfect family for our puppies where they will thrive and become the best companions that they can. Here is what you need to know before you decide to purchase one of our puppies. Please read before sending in an application
About Our Puppies
Pricing
Price Change as of March 2023- Boxer Puppies $2000.00 Shih-tzu Puppies- $1800.00
*The price of our puppies reflects the time and supplies we put into them, as well as the care we do to maintain their parents in optimal health.
Boxer Puppies
All of our puppies will go home with docked tails, first vaccines and health check, puppy pack and AKC limited registration application and microchipped. As off 2022 we will no longer be doing dew claws.
Shih-Tzu Puppies
Puppies will go home with first vaccines and health check, puppy pack and microchipped. Most of our dogs are CKC registered and will not be going home with application until I receive proof of spay/neuter, unless otherwise discussed. We will be making the transition to AKC only in the near future.
Waiting List
We require an application to be filled and approved to be added to our waiting list, as well as a $50 non-refundable deposit that goes towards purchase price. The order of the waiting list is determined by the order deposits are sent in. Joining our waiting list is the best option to learn about available puppies first before they are posted on our socials.

Be aware that we reserve the right to keep any puppies we wish from our litters regardless of our waiting list
Steps To Purchase One Of Our puppies
Fill out an application
It is important for us to know about where our puppies will be going, the family dynamic and the time and space you have for a future puppy. It helps us understand your needs and what puppy will be the right fit for you.
Deposit
When your application is approved, a $50 non-refundable deposit is required to join our waiting list
Updates
I will send updates to your preffered method of contact. Updates will consist of upcoming breedings, when puppies are born and when puppies are available
When puppies are born
You will receive updates and pictures once a week. After you choose your puppy a $200 non-refundable deposit will be required to continue holding a puppy from the available litter. This deposit is non-refundable because I've had people change their mind at the last minute, that means I have lost time to find the perfect home for that puppy and I have to spend a lot of time contacting people to find him/her a home. This deposit also goes towards purchase price.
*We are no longer taking visits before the puppies have their first vaccines. This for the protection of the puppies health as well as other pregnant or nursing dogs*
